We retrieve the file, verify integrity, and run it through postal processes. Your addresses are verified by the USPS before printing.
After completing USPS postal processes, proofs are created and sent for review and approval. Alterations are made if necessary.
Statements are printed in-house with quality control checkpoints to verify accuracy.
Notices transition to our in-house Mailing department where they are prepared for mailing.
The mail is checked for accuracy one final time before delivery to USPS.
We deliver your mail to the USPS Business Mail Entry Unit and provide our clients with a notification of the mailing.
